Brookfield (CBS 58)--Fathers and fired up grills go hand in hand for their special day on Sunday. During the morning show CBS58 stopped over at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Brookfield to learn more about specific cuts of meat, how to prepare them for grilling, and then cooking and eating them the preferred way. We’re told the right preparation and execution will only lead to the best taste.
While grilling It’s recommended to first place the steaks in the middle of the grill and then work outward. Also don’t forget to flip every couple minutes or so. And finally let the meat sit for five minutes before eating so the juices won’t escape.
