Fatal accident on WIS 83 in Burlington

According to the Wisconsin DOT, traffic was being diverted near Burlington as of 9:00 PM due to a fatal crash that occurred around 8:25 PM on WIS 83.
Kansasville Fire Department confirmed that two cars collided. There was one fatality and another injured.
Flight for life was put on standby but was not used.
The two drivers were the only occupants of the vehicles.
WIS 36 was closed in both directions between Yahnke Road and WIS 142 due to the crash.
