European cruise ship to arrive in Milwaukee

The Port of Milwaukee is welcoming the Hamburg passenger ship this morning. It has been nearly a decade since the 472 foot vessel last docked here.

The Hamburg is a 400 passenger cruise ship that is touring the Great Lakes. It's scheduled to dock just east of the Lake Express Ferry terminal around 8 am. Passengers on board the ship are mostly European. They will have an opportunity to tour Milwaukee destinations such as breweries and the Harley Davidson Museum while the ship is in port.

During the ship's current Great Lakes cruise, the Hamburg is making similar stops in Chicago and Mackinac Island.
