Cudahy man charged with child porn and enticement

CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Cudahy man has been charged with child porn and child enticement after sharing photos and traveling to Neenah, Wisconsin to have sex with a girl.

According to court documents, 41-year-old Adam Westphal joined an online chat room under the username "daddyinyouagain." He began sending explicit videos and photos of children to someone who he thought was a 34-year-old mom of a 14-year-old daughter but was actually an undercover investigator with Wisconsin's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Westphal then made arrangements to travel to Neenah to have sex with the 14-year-old girl with the hope of making a porn video to share on the internet.

Westphal has been charged with attempted production of child porn, distribution of child porn, and attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity.
