CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Community Sailing Center is marking the end of the 2026 sailing season Monday, Oct. 19, with its annual Big Boat Day.
A 20-ton crane is lifting more than 20 large boats out of Lake Michigan at the center.
The work began at 9 a.m. and will continue into the afternoon. Owners then move the boats into storage for the winter.
