CBS 58 FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Franklin's Common Council has voted to revoke the liquor and entertainment licenses for On the Border Gentleman's Club.
Prosecutors say four men tied to the club forced women to sell themselves inside the business.
Charges include human trafficking, strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment, intimidation of a victim and keeping a place of prostitution.
According to the criminal complaint, victims were forced to perform commercial sex acts in the club and turn over money, alleging neither the manager, Brian Hopkins, nor On the Border prevented or stopped this from occurring.
