MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's not a sure thing yet, but it's possible motorized scooters could return to the streets of Milwaukee this summer.
This week, court documents say the City of Milwaukee reached a settlement in federal court with the company that makes Bird Scooters. The two sides have been at odds over whether it's legal to use those scooters on Milwaukee's streets and sidewalks.
The terms of the settlement haven't been revealed, so it's unclear whether scooter fans can use them yet.
