City of Milwaukee's last back to school health fair is tomorrow

City of Milwaukee Health Department will host its final Back-to-School Health Fair of 2015 on August 14 from 10 AM to 3 PM at Bradley Tech High School, at 700 S. 4th St.
Students accompanied by a parent or guardian will be eligible to receive school-required immunizations, blood lead testing, vision and dental screenings, and more. Free backpacks and school supplies will be provided to children with an up-to-date shot record, or those who receive vaccinations and lead testing.
Along with health services and information, attendees will have an opportunity to meet special Green Bay Packers legend LeRoy Butler from 11 AM to 2 PM.
School immunizations are required by state law in Wisconsin. Providing easy access to vaccinations continues to be important as vaccine-preventable illnesses like mumps, measles, and pertussis have seen a return nationwide.
