Milwaukee police safely find critically missing 11-year-old girl
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Chef Mike Haracz was back on the CBS 58 Morning News again with another simple recipe we can all do in our homes (and an embarrassing story about morning anchor Mike Curkov, who went to high school with Chef Mike).
Chef Mike's Pico de Gallo:
Four chopped large tomatoes
The juice of one lime.
One chopped poblano pepper
One chopped jalapeno pepper
Half a chopped red onion
Tablespoon of salt
Big pinch of black pepper
Big pinch of dried oregano
Eighth of a teaspoon of dried cumin
a little garlic
mix it together.
Let it sit for 30 minutes or so for the flavors to blend together.
Blend to make it more like salsa or cook it and let it cool for a saucier salsa
You cut a bunch of stuff up and put it in a bowl! Best recipe ever.
