MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Celebrity Chef Mike Haracz joined CBS 58 to share an easy-at home salad dressing recipe.
Harris, who went to high school with CBS 58 morning anchor Mike Curkov, also tells a funny "story" from their past. Mike Curkov says it is very exaggerated.
You can find more of Chef Mike's creations on his YouTube channel.
How to:
Blend together -
- Strawberries (or any fruit you have. Chef Mike says to peel it if it has a thick peel).
- Red onion or onion powder
- Two garlic cloves
- Fresh (or dried) herbs. Chef Mike had thyme.
- Apple cider vinegar
- Orange juice
- Agave syrup
- Honey
- Salt & pepper
- A shot of mustard to help it hold together.
Then, with the blender going, slowly pour in your olive oil or whatever oil have. Do it slowly or it won't mix properly. Chef Mike says to use about 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar.
