MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin Broadcasters Association (WBA) announced its winners in the 2022 Awards for Excellence contest. CBS 58 is the proud recipient of seven top honors for the following categories:
- Best website: CBS 58
- Best Series or Documentary: Remembering Jackson Sparks - Jessob Reisbeck, Matthew Myers, Susanne Barthel
- Best Use of Video, Celebrando Las Piñatas - Edwin Gonzalez, Orlando Garza
- Best Topical Promotion: Kia Boys
- Best Use of Social Media: CBS 58 Goes to London - Jessob Reisbeck, Jerry Imig, digital team
- Best Online Breaking News Coverage: Third Ward police shooting - digital team, Adam Rife
- Best Coverage of Pandemic Recovery: The Amazing Ms. Justus - Emerson Lehmann, Jerry Imig
