CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One person is dead following a crash near 68th and Euclid on Milwaukee's south side just after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed to CBS 58 that it was called to the scene.
Neighbors reported seeing the car speeding through the area moments before the crash, with one person believing the car was driving "at least 130 mph down the street," adding that they could smell the car fire before it actually caught on fire.
It reportedly then hit a median, went into the air before striking a tree and catching fire near a home's front porch.
The car was left badly damaged near the front porch.
