The pleasant weather from this weekend will linger into Monday and Tuesday with mainly dry and sunny conditions. Looking outside, it's not the sunshine we are used to and that's because of some haze and smoke.
Wildfires are currently burning in southern Manitoba and the jet stream is picking up that smoke and depositing it over the northern Great Lakes. Northern Wisconsin and the UP are under heavy smoke, but the smoke may drift west on Monday placing eastern Wisconsin under a plume of haze.
The haze may linger through Tuesday before the wind picks up a bit Wednesday and changes directions. Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather app to see satellite pick up the wildfire smoke.
