Brown Deer Wrong Way Driver Dies

The wrong way driver in the fatal crash on February 5 in Brown Deer died on Wednesday.
Charles Washington, 59-year-old, allegedly drove the wrong way on the 8600 block of North Green Bay Road.
His car hit two other cars.
It was determined the accident was caused by a wrong way driver going north on North Green Bay Road in southbound lanes.
