Brookfield Teen Arrested for Knives on School Property During Rape Investigation

A Brookfield teenager is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old.

The 17-year-old suspect allegedly took the victim for a drive on December 7.

According to the criminal complaint, he took her to Mary Knoll Park and turned the car off to save on gas.

The victim told police that two had kissed in the past.

The suspect allegedly ordered the victim to take off her clothes, and when she was reluctant to take off her clothes his voice got louder and he began yelling at her.

She allegedly believed he had a knife on him.

He allegedly sexually assaulted her and she had told him no.

The suspect was taken into custody at Brookfield Central High School.

Police located two knives that belonged to the suspect and a razor blade while at the school.

The teenager is charged with second degree sexual assault, dangerous weapons on school premises and strangulation and suffocation.
