Brewers Announce Upgrades to Ballpark App
The Milwaukee Brewers have revealed several new features on “MLB.com Ballpark App,” including interactive food and beverage finders and an artificial intelligence response system. “Ballpark” is free to download and available for smartphones and tablets.
A new feature on the App will now direct fans to locations throughout Miller Park where their favorite foods are served. Using the “Food Finder” or “Beverage Finder” within the App, fans will be able to easily search all of the new food and beverage offerings at the ballpark, in a fast and convenient way. Through a search function that allows fans to enter their seating location, “Ballpark” will show users the many stands nearby that offer each item. Want a bratwurst? No problem – just select bratwurst on the “Food Finder,” enter your seating section and the App will tell you the stands closest to you serving bratwursts.
Fans will also be able to connect directly with Guest Services through an addition in the App referred to as “BernieBot” – an artificial intelligence response system designed to handle questions related to Miller Park and the Brewers. Through “BernieBot” fans will be able to ask questions such as, “Where can I buy a Brewers hat?” or “Where is the nearest phone charging station?” If “BernieBot” is unable to answer a question, it will connect fans directly to guest services.
Other features of “Ballpark” include access to digital tickets, seat upgrades, in-seat merchandise ordering and interactive concourse maps of Miller Park. To download the MLB.com Ballpark app – the official app of Miller Park – visit Brewers.com/ballparkapp.
