Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Mocha
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Covid has made it a rough year for the owner of a Milwaukee brewery, but the small business owner has renewed hope after a one-on-one conversation with President Biden.
Tim Eichinger of Black Husky Brewing asked the president a question during last week's town hall in Milwaukee.
This week, he was able to talk with the president again during a 25-minute Zoom call, and encouraged him to be flexible with federal money that's designed to pull small businesses through the tough times.
"Even among the different breweries here in Milwaukee, if you gave us a lump sum of money and said do what's best for your business, each one of us would probably use it differently because we know how our businesses run."
Eichinger says after speaking with the president, he's less cynical and he appreciated the friendliness of the White House staff.
