Biegel, Clement on prestigious preseason watch lists

Two Badgers senior football players are picking up early accolades. Linebacker Vince Biegel and running back Corey Clement have been added to watch lists for major awards at their respective positions.

Clement is on the preseason watch list for the Maxwell Award, which goes to the nation's top player, and Biegel has been recognized by the Bednarik Award, which goes to college football's best defensive player.

Clement played in just four games last season, but rushed for nine touchdowns as a backup in his sophomore season.
