Badgers hold off Georgetown, advance to Battle For Atlantis championship game

Sam Dekker's 17 points and some key late buckets from Duje Dukan helped key a Wisconsin rally in a 68-65 win over Georgetown Thursday in the Battle for Atlantis semifinals in the Bahamas.

Dukan gave Wisconsin a lead with six minutes to play, and from there, the Badgers relied on key plays at the right times, including Nigel Hayes' tip-in off a Traevon Jackson miss with 20 seconds to play to give Wisconsin a three point lead. A potential game-tying buzzer beater for Georgetown was off the mark.

Hayes scored 15, Bronson Koenig 14 for the Badgers (5-0), who go on to face Oklahoma in the tournament's championship game Friday.
