Badger Gun Trial's Closing Arguments Expected to Begin

Closing arguments are expected to begin today in the Badger Gun Trial in Milwaukee County Courthouse.

Two officers who were shot in the line of duty are suing the store Badger Guns claiming the owners were negligent in selling the weapon used to shoot them.

The case is only one of two of its kind in the country. It raises the question of whether a store that sells a gun used in a crime can be held liable in a civil case for the harm inflicted on victims.  Graham Kunisch and Bryan Norberg were shot in the face in 2009.

Officer Norberg recalled on the stand the injuries were life-changing.
