Arrest made in connection to 2025 fatal shooting in Kenosha

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities have made an arrest in connection with a fatal shooting that happened in Kenosha in November of 2025. 

Kamryn G. Harris has been charged with the following: 

  • First degree intentional homicide
  • Attempted first degree intentional homicide
  • First degree recklessly endangering safety
  • Possession of a firearm by a felon 

The shooting happened Nov. 21, on 24th Avenue, just north of 34th Street.

According to police, officers arrived and located 47-year-old Christian Davis suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead by the Kenosha County Medical Examiner's Office.

An arrest warrant was issued for Harris and he was taken into custody on March 6 in Illinois. He waived extradition and was transported to Kenosha County on March 9.
