Even after the heavy snow and ice on Wednesday into Thursday morning we had more flurries Thursday evening and Friday morning. Not much of a break from winter with some seeing a dusting to half inch of snow the last 24 hours. While we will see some sunshine Friday morning, the clouds return Friday afternoon, then we have a chance for snow Friday evening. A round of light snow looks likely after 6 PM Friday through early Saturday.
Not a lot of snow is expected and it should be of the more fluffy variety. A half inch to full inch of snow is possible.
This winter has been a bit wacky. Total snowfall since December 1st is just under 26" and running well below-average but total precipitation including the liquid equivalent of snow/sleet and rain is well above-average.
