Adult Field Trip: Farmers Market

We are headed into winter, a time when many people wonder how to eat locally. Join Chef Sara, Culinary Director and a dedicated localvore, to explore how to enjoy the bounty of all seasons.
We will meet in the cooking school, go to the Winters Farmers Market and have a discussion with farmers, then return to the school and create a spontaneous meal.
Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket if it’s chilly outside. No formal recipes will be provided in this hands-on class.
