MILWAUKEE, (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a 49-year-old is dead following a shooting on the city's northside on Sat. May 31. 

It happened at around 10:05 pm, near 95th and Brown Deer Rd. 

Police say a 61-year-old has been arrested in connection to the shooting. 

Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
