19-year-old Shot in Racine

On Monday, July 11 at 11:25 PM, Racine Police officers responded to 700 block of 10th Street for a report of a shooting. Upon Officer's arrival, they located a scene and were advised that a 19-year-old victim was taken to Wheaton Franciscan Medical Center by a family member.
Officers responded to Wheaton Franciscan Medical Center and located the victim.
