MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One man is dead and two more are hurt following a shooting that happened near 42nd and Burleigh in Milwaukee overnight.
Police said it happened around 12:50 a.m. Sunday, April 25.
A 36-year-old Milwaukee man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 31-year-old man from Milwaukee and a 40-year-old man from Waukesha are being treated at local hospitals for non-life threatening injuries.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation.
