1 Day from the CBS 58 Big Road Trip

Hello! Meteorologist Justin Thompson-Gee here! You mostly know me for giving forecasts on CBS 58, but I am also heavily involved with CBS58.com and because of this they asked me to come along on the CBS 58 Big Road Trip to give our online audience some perspective. But don't worry, our other team members will also chime in every now and then. And, I'll certainly include some weather tidbits, especially if we get stuck in any blizzards (which traveling through the Rockies in January is definitely possible.)

Since the CBS 58 Big Road Trip leaves Tuesday morning I wanted to give you some insight into what this road trip is all about!

WHY?

This is a chance for CBS 58 to talk football with folks around the country and give southeast Wisconsin a chance to see some cool sites around this wonderful nation. And of course we will be talking Packers along the way and our goal is to find a die hard Packers fan in every state we travel through!

WHAT ARE YOU DRIVING?

We will be traveling in a new and from what I'm told a "loaded" Ford F-150 from Griffin Ford in Waukesha complete with CBS 58 Big Road Trip decals. If you see us make sure to honk!

WHO?

Bill Walsh is the leader of this trip. You will see him every day on CBS 58 News reporting from different spots and sites across America. Me (Justin Thompson-Gee) who as mentioned above, will be your digital guide through our trip. Brian Urbanek and Josh Kappers are our photojournalists who will be responsible for making Bill and I look good and are the creative minds on the trip.
