Today's Weather

Today: We're setting up for a busy weather pattern the next few days. On this Sunday, expect periods of rain. Highs in the mid 40s. Winds turn to the north at 5 mph.

Tonight: Rain turns to snow at night. The winds increase as well. Could see a slight accumulation. Lows near 20. Keep in mind a Winter Weather Advisory from 6 PM Sunday until noon on Monday for most counties (except Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth). There's also a Wind Advisory for us all from 6 PM Sunday until 6 PM Monday. 45 to 50 mph gusts are possible from the west. The winds will be blowing the snow around, reducing visibility.

Monday: Morning snow tapering off in the afternoon. Watch for lots of blowing and even drifting. Highs in the low to mid 20s. 2-to-4-inch totals are possible with more north of I-94. Northwest winds sustained 25 to 35 mph.

Extended: A few minor snow chances Tuesday and Wednesday. Otherwise quiet and cold. Highs in the teens and 20s. Lows in the single digits and teens.
