'Zootastic' fundraiser returns to Milwaukee County Zoo after 2-year hiatus

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Now that pandemic restrictions are loosening up across the nation, the Milwaukee County Zoo is bringing back a fundraising tradition.

Back after a two-year hiatus, Zootastic is coming to the zoo on May 6. 

Families will get the chance to explore the zoo after hours while supporting the Zoological Society. The evening event includes dinner, dessert, a dance party and crafts. 

This year's theme will be focused on water animals.

Zootastic runs from 5-9 p.m. Friday, May 6. The registration deadline is April 29.
