Zachary Hays Does Not Appear in Court

West Allis man charged with killing his neighbor was a no-show for this morning's preliminary hearing.
The appearance for Zachary Hays had to be rescheduled because Hays suffered some sort of medical issue.
He faces 160 years in prison for allegedly killing his neighbor on May 1 then driving to Columbia and Sauk Counties and shooting at cars on the interstate.
One of the bullets struck and killed an Illinois mother.
