WWII ordnance dropped off at Mequon Police Department

MEQUON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A potentially dangerous delivery was made to the Mequon Police Station Monday, Feb. 17.

Somebody brought in a vintage WWII ordnance for disposal.

Police say if you find something like this, don't touch it or move it because it could be live and unstable.

Call authorities and they'll come to you. 

Mequon police called the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Department- EOD Unit to help dispose of it.
