ROCKPORT, Texas (CBS 58) -- One of the people picking up from Harvey is Theresa Isaacson. She owns the Jellystone RV in Caledonia and another RV Park in Rockport, Texas right where Hurricane Harvey made landfall.
Isaacson is in Texas right now trying to restore the park and she says the damage is worse than she expected.
The flood waters have receded, but the wind has tossed debris everywhere, “It's just we can't move things along we can’t get the resources we need. There’s nobody to hire. There's not the ability to remove all the torn up downed trees and limbs. The streets are already full,” said Isaacson.
