Woman killed in road rage shooting near Fond Du Lac and Silver Spring

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal shooting on the city's north side. 

According to police, a 23-year-old woman was shot in a possible road rage incident near N. Fond Du Lac Ave. and W. Silver Spring Dr. 

It happened around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 30. The victim was taken to a local hospital where she died from her injuries. 

The circumstances surrounding the incident are still under investigation.
