Woman Covered in Cake Frosting Arrested for OWI with Children in the Car
A house party in Washington County turned into a cake battle and an OWI arrest.
According to Washington County Sheriff’s Office, a bartender from a Town of Polk bar contacted the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday at 11:21 pm reporting a hysterical female in the lot with three children in her vehicle.
The complainant indicated the driver had obviously been drinking and was lost.
Two deputies arrived and identified her as a 25-year-old City of West Bend woman. The deputies also discovered she had bruised knees and was covered in cake frosting.
The driver was very evasive about what happened and deputies initially thought she was involved in some type of domestic altercation.
Deputies were able to find a sober party at relative’s home who responded to the scene and took custody of the 3 minor children.
We also learned that there was a party at the house and part of the festivities involved a “cake battle”. She was not involved in any type of domestic dispute. She was arrested for first offense OWI had a blood alcohol level of .17
