"With movement there's improvement" Celebrating Senior Fitness Day
Physical fitness is not something you age out of. We learned that today in Milwaukee.
"A lot of older people have various chronic conditions, but that's no excuse not to be physically active."
David Hoffman is 82-years-young. This morning he led a 1.5-mile walk as part of "National Senior Fitness Day" at the Washington Park Senior Center.
Along with the walk, there were exercise demonstrations, a shuffleboard court, and much more.
This year's theme - "with movement there's improvement."
