Wisconsin sees highest COVID-19 numbers yet with 66 more deaths, 7,000+ new cases

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Another staggering day of COVID-19 numbers were reported from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
The state broke another record with 7,073 new positive cases in the past 24 hours, and a record-high 66 more deaths.
