Wisconsin Red Cross Volunteers Head to Texas

With several more inches of rain falling in Texas, a new round of flooding has begun. This has been complicated by multiple tornadoes.

On Friday help was requested from the Wisconsin Red Cross who is happy to answer the call. With each disaster, the American Red Cross begins ‘local’ and then it bring in trained workers from nearby states and the concentric circle expands from there.

Two southern Wisconsin American Red Cross volunteers will leave Saturday morning arriving in Texas ready to get to work.
