WISCONSIN (CBS 58) – Ringing a bell after beating cancer is a tradition, shotgunning a beer may be a first, but a 22-year-old Wisconsin man says he wanted to do something out of the ordinary.
Ever shotgun a beer in a hospital? Done with chemo. Done with cancer! @AaronRodgers12 @PatMcAfeeShow @nelkboys @DavidBakhtiari pic.twitter.com/yzRDxkP4Ig

Rhinelander man Tyler Blomdahl says he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in June 2020. After undergoing 12 chemotherapy treatments, he was deemed cancer-free.
Blomdahl tells CBS 58 he wants people to know that especially in light of last year, no matter what may come their way in life, they can and will get through it. He added, “The light may be dim, but it’s there at the end. The lows might be low, but the highs will always be higher.”
