Wisconsin health officials introduce online registration system to shorten COVID-19 testing lines

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin health officials may have found a way to cut down on long lines at COVID-19 testing sites.

The state is now rolling out new online registration system to cut down the wait time at National Guard testing sites in Wisconsin.

The system is already in place at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison.

Officials say they completed as many as 40 percent more tests per hour over two days.
