RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Sam Buschman is the self-styled “Wisconsin Cheese Queen.” After losing her job in the restaurant industry at the start of the pandemic, Sam set out to eat and review as many Wisconsin cheese curds as possible as a way to support area restaurants. Meghan Reistad and Sam visit Racine to find the best curds in the city.
