Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul joins others in suing Trump administration

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It was announced on Thursday, March 13, that Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul will be joining a coalition of other attorney generals across the country in suing the Trump administration over the proposed cuts to the Department of Education.
This week, President Trump called for the department to be cut by half.
Kaul and the other attorney generals say they find these actions "illegal and unconstitutional" and are pushing for a court order to put an end to Trump's policy.
