According to the criminal complaint, Cheryl Linn is accused of having prescriptions that didn't belong to her.
Deputies pulled her over during a traffic stop earlier this month.
They found prescriptions and marijuana in her car.
Her husband, Dennis Linn, is accused of stealing prescription drugs from the police department.
He has not been formally charged yet.
