Wife calls West Bend Police to report her husband was drunk and driving

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Bend Police were called to a home on Sunflower Lane Thursday night just before 9 after a woman called to report that her husband was drunk and drove off.
While police were at the home, the 39-year-old man returned and was met by a West Bend Police Officer.
The officer saw that the man was drunk. He failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for OWI.
