Menomonee Falls (CBS 58)--Our home is everything to us these days. It’s where you work or workout. And as we are finishing up “Stress Awareness Month” the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County is reminding folks the best way to fight high anxiety is by coming up with a good exercise routine at least several times a week. The instructors at the Y will tell you while its good to push yourself, you have to avoid physical pain. Also, don’t worry about converting where you live into a neighborhood gym. It’s really doesn’t take much to do so.
The YMCA of Greater Waukesha County offers a whole variety of virtual workout routines while you’re at home. And in some cases, you might be rewarded for how you’re exercising.
