What to know for Packers, Ravens game on CBS 58

GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Lambeau Field is ready for Sunday’s Packers-Ravens game, which will revisit the Packers’ storied past as the team wears their third jersey.

The third jersey, which debuted during the 2015 season, is a re-creation of the team’s uniform from 1937-48, a special time in Packers history in which they won two of their record 13 NFL championships.

The jerseys are navy blue and gold, the Packers’ predominant color scheme over their first three decades. Faded gold pants and high navy socks complete the historic ensemble.

Prior to the national anthem, the Packers and WPS Health Solutions will be recognizing Senior Airman Taylor Manz and his family through Operation Fan Mail on the field. The national anthem will be performed by singer John Vincent and a flyover will be performed by four F-15 E Strike Eagles from the 4th Fighter Wing, 334th fighter squadron, from the Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, N.C.

The pregame festivities will also honor Kolton Rego from Green Bay, Wis., as the “Shopko Kick-Off Kid.” The seven-year-old started “Kolton Kares,” which makes dog toys out of fleece, sells them and donates the money to Key to Happiness Rescue, an organization that saves animals from high-kill shelters. During halftime, the High School Quarterback Challenge, presented by HPE and Camera Corner, will feature players from Laconia and Southern Door High Schools in an on-field competition. Additionally, the Oneida Nation Dancers will be performing on the field at the half.
