MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- After enjoying 50-plus degree temperatures most of last week, more winter-like weather has settled in the Milwaukee area. Perhaps a teaser for what’s to come with a weather pattern now in place for the next few months called La Niña, the opposite of El Nino.
And even though this Spanish term means “the little girl,” its impact can be massive for an entire world and in southeast Wisconsin.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Meteorologist Michael Schlesinger explored how a phenomenon practically starting on the other side of the planet can affect the season we’re living through right now.
