West Milwaukee police seek help locating missing and endangered 14-year-old

WEST MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- West Milwaukee police are asking for help in locating a missing and endangered child.
Police say 14-year-old Anijah Garcia was last seen near 46th and Locust around 11 p.m. May 19.
Officials say her parents reported her missing on May 22, noting that she is a habitual runaway and previously met with people online. During the last incident, she was located in the state of Minnesota.
Anijah has reportedly shut down all her social media accounts and her whereabouts are unknown, with no phone or other known means to communicate.
She's described as a Black female, standing 5'1" and weighing about 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair with red and black long braids.
Anijah was last seen wearing a black jacket, black shirt, black ripped jeans, and white tennis shoes.
Police say she has a dog bite on her upper left arm and a tattoo on her left forearm that says "Necey."
