West Bend Police: Man arrested after displaying loaded gun at George Webb's while drunk

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 36-year-old West Bend man is arrested after police say he was displaying a loaded handgun while inside a restaurant Sunday afternoon. 

According to the West Bend Police Department, they received a tip around 2:45 p.m. Sunday that the man was drunk and had a gun inside the George Webb's Restaurant. Officers spoke with the man and say he blew a .202 into a breathalyzer. 

The man was arrested for disorderly conduct, going armed while intoxicated, carrying a concealed weapon without a valid permit, and possession of marijuana.
