West Bend Men Caught Playing Ice Cream Truck Music Attempting to Attract Clowns

Four West Bend men were driving around Jackson playing “ice cream truck music” on Friday at midnight.
According to Jackson Police Department, several households complained about a vehicle driving around playing the music.
An officer heard the music and tracked down a Buick Century.
The four men, ranging in age from 19 to 21-years-old, said they were attempting to attract people dressed in clown masks.
The driver was ticketed for causing loud and unnecessary noise.
