West Bend Man Arrested for OWI After Tipping Over Motorcycle

The West Bend Police have arrested a 38-year-old man after he failed standardized field sobriety tests and blew a .131.

On Monday April 10th, shortly after midnight, a West Bend police officer observed a motorcycle operating at a slow speed. The motorcycle then tipped over and crashed into the pavement.

The officer checked the welfare of the driver and observed signs that he was intoxicated.

The 38-year-old failed standardized field sobriety tests and blew .131.

He was arrested and is facing OWI charges.
